I would love to start working with you at any point in the process, however, my hope is to start at the very beginning with our couples! My best advice is to book your planner before you put down your deposit on any venues or wedding professionals. If your venue has already been booked, your planner/coordinator should be your very next stop! My clients book anywhere from 12-18 months before the wedding and my management and coordination clients book 4-6 months before the wedding. This allows me to suggest the right venue and vendors based on your desired wedding budget, and to ensure that I am best able to maximize that budget according to your needs, wants, and must-haves. That being said, I'm happy to assist you whenever you need support in your wedding planning journey.

I am all three! I offer wedding planning services at all levels of the process and have an experienced team with valuable expertise in planning, wedding design and execution!

At TGE, I am totally over doing what's “typical” and totally into what YOU want at YOUR wedding. I am intentional with the way I operate, always keeping in touch with my values of kindness, warmth, respect, professionalism, sustainability, and inclusivity. Not to mention, I use EXCEPTIONAL online tools that make the planning process seamless and easy to navigate. If there is a task, I have a process to track it, baby!

I specialize in weddings that are outside of your typical wedding venue. My couples have gotten married at museums, agricultural greenhouses, wineries, even the Phillies baseball stadium! I am also an expert at private estate matrimonies, outdoor and tented nuptials, and celebrations that incorporate highly meaningful traditions, rituals, and customs. From Nigerian “Trads” to Jewish Ketubah signing, I make it all happen.

I am a New Jersey wedding planner, based in the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia area. Most of my weddings are in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, however, I have planned weddings as far north as Big India, New York and as far south as Washington, D.C. or Virginia.

Yes, I'd love to! I am proud to work with couples all over the world and my network of wedding professionals is growing every year.

Once I start planning and confirm details on the rehearsal, travel needs, etc. hotel accommodations may be necessary for an additional cost. For example, many couples feel better that I stay at the hotel the night before the wedding to ease any anxiety. In some cases this may be required, especially if decorating services are involved. Meals may also be required. Details regarding this will be found in my contract and discussed prior to booking.

The best way to determine what level of support is right for you is by reaching out to schedule a complimentary consultation. Once I learn more about your vision, how involved you desire to be in the planning process, and more about the logistics of your event, I can suggest the best option for you! I am also happy to customize a package based on your event needs.

You’re welcome to increase the level of support at any point and upgrade to a more comprehensive package, if you realize that you require more assistance with the planning process.

A retainer is due upon signing the contract to secure your date. Depending on the package you choose, the remaining balance will be split up throughout the planning process with the final balance due 30 days before the wedding day.

Yes! As a coordinator, I simply handle all the details and problem solving to make your wedding day special. As a designer, I help you develop the overall design of your event and provide the decorative items (or the sourcing) needed to bring it to life. I provide setup/breakdown, scheduled conference appointments, and mockup tables & décor for clients who require custom designs. Decorative items can include linens, chargers, custom centerpieces and other rental items. I can assist in sourcing florals, draping, lighting, and staging to fantastic partner companies for large scale events. I also have add-on services for those who need handcrafted decoration setup.

Design services are included in my full and partial planning. However, decorating services are based on the scope of the wedding and the scale of the decor needed. You can expect to spend no less than $3,500 to start.

  • I do not offer bridal party florals (bride and bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, and/or corsages).
  • I do not design, put together, stuff, or mail, wedding invitations or manage RSVP cards. However, I have invitation vendors who have this worked into their services. I also have an extremely detailed RSVP and guest list tracking system incorporated in my partial and full planning process.
  • I do not plan, facilitate, or coordinate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
  • I do not assemble wedding favors or welcome baskets.
  • I do not assemble or set up wedding decorations, unless specifically hired to do so through one of the design and decor packages or add on services.
  • Additional costs can include rental items you may want to add to your decor, furniture, linens, special lighting, additional draping, etc. I have some of these items in my inventory for rent, however, if outside of my inventory, I may outsource to a partner company with a larger inventory.

If there are additional services you need help with that aren’t outlined in your desired package, I am happy to add them in and create a custom package for you. Feel free to browse any of my add-ons to view the additional services that I provide.

Yes! I offer the following add-on services which can also be purchased as individual "a la carte" options:

  • Wedding Venue Search + Booking $3,300
  • Custom Hotel Search + Blocking $700
  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination $1,500
  • Post Wedding Brunch Coordination $1,500
  • Assistance with Wedding Day On-Site Setup of Personal or Handcrafted Reception Decorations. $1,800 - $3,500 (Pricing depends on level of intricacy. A minimum of 3 hours setup time required).

Of course! I am happy to pick up where you left off and coordinate with any of your current vendors to ensure no detail is unaccounted for as your wedding vision comes to life. I also have a list of preferred vendors, so if there are vendors you’re still looking to contract, I am happy to curate a list of potential options that match your budget, aesthetic, and personality.

I am happy to work alongside any wedding professionals, however, all vendors must be a fully functioning business, licensed (for vendors requiring a license) and provide proof of liability insurance. In the event that a couple is determined to have a family or friend provide a service against the recommendation of the planner, a waiver/release of responsibility contract will be required from the couple, releasing the planner of all responsibility.

Not often. I typically work with silk and real touch florals, as they are more sustainable and environmentally friendly. I am not a florist, but I can certainly source real flowers from a florist if desired. I also offer pre-made floral arrangements packages, arches, and centerpieces for rent (ranging between $1,200-$3,000). If this interests you, feel free to inquire about my pre-made inventory.

My packages offer 10 hours of coverage on the wedding day. This usually starts right around the time the bride and groom are getting dressed until the end of the night. Most couples feel comfort in knowing that my team is there to make sure everyone makes it from the hotel to the venue and safely out the door at the end of the party. My start time often aligns with the arrival of photography and video teams, however, I am not limited and depending on what is vital to the timeline, I can make adjustments or add additional help.

My goal is to be there for you throughout the entire process! You are able to schedule meetings and phone calls as needed, although I will be regularly checking in to ensure that everything is going smoothly, and no issues arise. In order to provide you with the best level of service, I have guidelines in place to streamline the communication process. This is to ensure whenever you reach out, I can respond with my full attention and make note of any important details mentioned during our conversation.

Each couple will receive a welcome guide 24-48 hours after booking with all the details of the planning process aligned with your level of service. Full and partial planning clients began right away, while wedding management and coordination start 60 or 30 days out.

All payments made up until the point of cancellation will be non-refundable. Cancellations must be done in writing and you will be released from your contract following the written notice of the cancellation. Should the wedding be rescheduled, you may incur a rescheduling fee of up to $500 and will be subject to planner availability. If the wedding date stays the same but the venue changes, the planner will shift to the new venue free of cost, however, additional travel and accommodation fees may apply.
